Oh, we need mrs zoho. You help me please please and thank you. Need your muscles got the big job over here today, the old power clear 721e by toro, so this lady called uh. I don't know what year it is, but it's the power clear.

It's the toro, it's a classic 721 e snow, blower and uh. She called normal, regular customer i'll work on this lady's mustang and uh. She told me the snowblower quit blowing and we're right in the middle of snowpocalypse up here in new york and um. So we went over actually the son-in-law he brought it over checked it out.

Had the classic broken drive cable, so she needed it. Oh boy! Oh, is this thing like out of oil? I didn't even check it. Maybe folks. Well, if there was anything on the stick.

Uh, so she had me uh check it out and the the drive cable that runs from the handle was busted. I'm gon na prop this up. Let her start ppin out the oil and then uh. Well long story short.

I rigged up the cable, so she could use it and then we ordered a new one from the amazon and it showed up so now we got to fix it. Well, we got her propped up on the blocks. Folks, she's at a pretty good angle, and that's all we got out of it, not much, maybe a quarter of a cup. Ah, she did admit she's, never changed oil in it.

So here's your classic move. I did the other day now this piece of the cable uh that is busted this piece here it was down. I got to be careful. We got her up on blocks.

I don't want to tip it over come on um. This piece here, you'll see in a moment this piece that is broken. This was down inside the drive unit. I just took the piece here that was broke and put it up here on the outside and zip tied it.

So if uh, if this got wonky again the old son-in-law, he could put uh some more zip ties on it for all meemaw and then she could get back to blowing her snow. So, let's take this cover off she's a belt drive. It's got one of those there and then the cable comes down through here on the back side. Um.

We need to take this phillips head screw out right here, there's a little plastic guide on the inside. I think she only goes one way. This, of course, is out right off the crankshaft. We've got an idler gear and then this runs the big blower on the front.

Now we're going to come around the side here i don't know if we need to take this off, but we're gon na just for the sake of sake of doing things, so take that off believe that this little piece can fall out on you and then you Got ta give it. I think we got ta, do the classic reach around here. Perhaps i know things are a little snug in here. You know what i wonder.

I wonder if this is this freaking idler wheel, that has a uh nut on the back side. That is fixed or not, so we can take that off, get that out of the way, so we can all see a little better wow come on there. Mr fumbly, i just want to get my fingers in there to unlatch this stupid thing, a little screwdriver. Let's see if i can't shin with me pliers, let me take that off there we go.
Let's drop her down here. We'll have this whole damn thing door apart here in no time look at this there that's out of our way. Now we can probably reach in here nope, because we still have the same amount of room as we had before. Hey it.

Just fell off. Look at that. So here's the good down through here. This is not a helpful video to anybody.

Let's go get the new cable got this from bill's plate outdoor power equipment bill's place, not a sponsor. There's your coral cable. I think it was 67 or 14. I don't know we're gon na untwist it.

Hopefully it's right. I don't do a lot of part shopping on the uh amazon here we go. Let's get her out of this thing boom. Does it look right? Yes, sir, and that's the failure, so that's the bad end, so you got a little wonky and then that's what the good end looks like so anyhow, we'll thread that baby back through here and back through here and then we'll spend the next 45 minutes getting it Hooked back up on here - hopefully not, but you never know yeah.

I don't know where this guy we're gon na feed the cable. I bet rain man ray - has never fixed a snow blower down there in florida. Probably yes, oh baby, do we got that the right way we do have that the right way? So that's good now we're going to feed this cable back up through and then you got ta try to get it back in this hole. I'll show you where it goes here in a second.

I think it goes in easier than it came out. Famous last words, look at that it's already in huh could've took it out like that yeah i'm gon na make this weird, because we're we're a little close folks right now we're gon na stick the plastic piece. Oh you, son of a mother there. She goes we're gon na get the plastic piece back up in here.

There's a little guide, hole, okay and then we're gon na we got a classic reach around with your middle finger, hold that there find the screw that came out of it. Get that back in the hole all right come like this. We are so close right now. I can whisper to you whisper in your ear, snug that up the whole cable worked.

Yes, sir, that's got to go on the bottom right in order for this to all function. Oh man, oh man, we almost lost it. We almost lost it holy crap. You guys see how close that was, we're gon na roll.

It hope she doesn't don't start baby there. She goes. I got real there for a moment or hook up the springy. There's some serious tension.

Oh, the hell: that's going to go through my finger, but it didn't that would have been great so there it is now when we pull on the cable boom should be blowing snow in no time, let's see here. So this is the area in which i have zippy zap experience, so that means none uh. As far as regarding the tension we're just going to use common sense, we don't want it so tight that it starts smoking the belt, so we're going to go for a classic medium somewhere in the middle hookup. That's what i'm thinking we're gon na run that baby through we're gon na come up here, we're going middle hole and then we're just gon na come up here spring level forward.
It's a pretty simple mechanism. I don't think it takes a lot of rocket surgery to make sure we're right. I'm sure in the comments section, though, somebody has written a manual to this thing and then we're going to see at what point it engages, and that holds a little attention that feels a little weak to me. I don't want this lady, getting up to the snow bank and then having the belt squeal, so we're gon na go next notch and then i'll show you how the whole mechanism works and there i think she'll be freewheeling right there, no sweat! Let's see, let me show you so pretty primitive pedo crankshaft turns like this.

You know so that thing's turning off. Let me make sure it's right now. You know so envision. This thing spinning.

You know a couple thousand rpms down here: crankshaft's turning she's out there coming into the snow boom pulls the lever engages the belt turns the flappy wheel in the front. Snow goes flying so pretty pretty primitive, pretty simple! So right now it's disengaged uh we've got some good idling action. It's not going to sit here! Burning up the belt, however, when she gets into the deep stuff wants to get after it engages halfway through the stroke and then the spring tension up here. Up this way keeps tension on the belt and uh she's slinging snow.

So i think that's all there is to it again not a snowblower expert. I can fix the car with 75 modules in it got you on that one though, but uh, i think we're gon na. Let common sense rule this one uh. I can't even get a full started to get all cocky here, fellas what you get there we go.

There's that i haven't started we'll have to get the torque spec on these i'll go. Look those up and she'll be on her way. Don't want to jam that one down till we get this one started all right. Torque, the specs now fill it up with some oil, so i'm gon na have to show this lady how to check her oil.

Just in case you tell the son-in-law, you should check the mother-in-law's oil once in a while, but i think it was probably pretty low. We didn't get much out of this little guy unless only holds like half a quart, which is plausible. Let me go get the oil today we'll be using the toro four cycle premium: winter engine oil specifically formulated for cold weather, starting in the 5w30, not a sponsor. But when you got a toro man, you just run genuine stuff.

You know, or you just run the stuff the customer brought you. Maybe it only holds a hat for cork. This thing's still half full - and this is from back in back in the day back in oh nine glug, so we're gon na we're gon na fill it up and if we overfill it we're gon na, let it spill out. We got our spill funnel here andy and we unthread it see where we're at we're just about at the very top we're just so just a blonde one down from that h mark so i'd say we're probably good see going it's going to heat up and expand A little so yeah that thing only holds about a half a quart and she had about a tenth of a quart in it.
Okay, that's it folks show's over! I need help again. Young lady guess please really gon na get some walk-ups for you, so the old snow blower here didn't have much oil in it. No ma'am like none like almost none, filling her up and filled her up. I had we had to rebuild the whole uh.

The whole transmission mechanism got it all rebuilt right here, like that. I'm trying to walk around like this all right. I need to help me did i just do that by myself pretty much so there you have folks fixing the cable on your 21 inch wide toro. 721E snow throwing machine available on the internet from the amazon and then also doing changing the oil for the lady or at least filling it up in this case.

That's it comment section. You know what to do and there's my reviewers. If i can do it, you can do it thanks for watching.

12th day of the war. It does not surprise me that the US and NATO do not want to close the sky over Ukraine and over Ukrainians. NATO and the US will protect, as they said, 30 countries and Europeans. They save themselves for a future war. And they agree to fight against Russia without Ukraine. But …. Ukraine was and will be. When the USA and NATO fought in different parts of the Earth with Russia, for some reason they were not afraid that the Russian Federation would start a war against 30 countries and the USA. Tales that NATO and the USA are afraid of Russia …. it's just business…and we are being killed for business and for intrigues with Russia. Schemers all over the world have created a myth about politics…and the main thing for them is their intrigues, wealth and dream to rule the world. Schemers do not need Freedom, Democracy and Proud people. they want to control us with intrigues, lies and fairy tales. Help people close the sky over Ukraine… people are dying adults and children.
